Nicole King is a proud mom with a passion for travel. She has been traveling since the age of 3 months. Yes, that’s correct, three months old! Nicole is a daughter of Caribbean descent. Her mother is a native of Trinidad and Tobago and her father is a native of Barbados. Nicole spent many summers traveling between the two beautiful islands.

As a child, Nicole always knew when she had a family, she wanted her children to have the same experience she endured as a child. Now that she is a single mom of one child, Nicole knows the impact travel can have on her son's life and their bond. Early on, she set out to make sure travel and new cultural experiences were a part of their lives. Nicole usually booked their trips herself, but there were times when she was so busy she just needed someone else to take care of the planning. Nicole would reach out to several travel agencies. She also tried to join travel groups, only to get the same response:

Knowing Nicole couldn't be alone in her desire to provide her son with meaningful experiences throughout the world, she decided to create a space for travelers with families where one didn't exist, and she founded, Momentous Getaways.
