Momentous Getaways is an online travel agency that hosts travel experiences for families who are looking to explore the world together. Our exclusive family group trips are the perfect way to get away and see new places.

What are your hours?

Momentous Getaways Office Hours are Monday-Friday 11 AM to 7 PM by phone. We respond promptly by email at [email protected] every day.

What types of trips do you offer?

We offer custom-curated group vacations, including all-inclusive Caribbean getaways, exciting theme parks, and epic cruises. We have something Momentous for everyone!

Do you take care of all the planning for me?

Yes! You already have enough on your plate. You can concentrate on everything you have going on at home, packing for the vacation, and enjoying your trip. We take care of everything else.

Are these trips Adults-Only?

No! We focus on creating experiences that include the entire family. If you're the parent of an only child or want to bring your whole multi-generational family - we have a place for you.

Will there be any Adults-Only trips?

Yes! We understand that you need some quiet time. Our Momentous Me parent-only getaways are made for parents who love and adore their kids but need a few days without them.

Payment Questions:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit, debit, and ACH payments through our online system.

Do you provide refunds?

No, we do not provide refunds nor transfers. Each client is required to accept our Terms and Conditions before the reservation is accepted. We also encourage every client to purchase travel insurance.

Do you provide a payment schedule ?

Yes, monthly payment schedules are provided for each trip. You can select auto-pay or pay manually.

All payments are due on the due date.

Payments that are missed for 60 days without communication, your trip will be automatically cancelled.

Can I pay in full or double up on payments?

Yes, you can pay in full. We provide monthly payment schedules to make it easier for our clients. If you want to double up on your payments, that is fine too. Please make sure full payments are due by the final due date.

Reservation Questions:

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations are made online for each trip.

Can I make a reservation for a trip after registration opens?

If the trip is still open, yes you can make a reservation. You will need to make the first initial deposit and then each month make monthly payments.

Do you provide roommate matching?

Unfortunately, we do not provide roommate matching at this time..

When will I receive the itinerary for the trip?

Itineraries will be emailed to each client 30 days before the trip.
